Because slime crafting can be a monotonous process, with many small pieces that may appear and smell edible, we require ages 5 and up.
Children under 5 years of age will not be permitted to participate in any capacity and will be seated with their legal guardian. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Bookings are made online only. We use a self-serve booking system. It is important that you read about our services prior to booking. All communication before and after your booking will be sent via text message or email. Please be sure you have inputted the correct phone number and email address to receive your booking information successfully.
To book a service, please select the service you are interested in. Read the information about that service by selecting the [MORE] button underneath that service. After you have read the details of the service, select the appropriate date and time. If you select a date and there is no time available, this date is completely booked, please proceed to the next date that you would prefer to check again for availability. Our online calendar is in real time. Availability is shown through our online calendar. Staff members are unable to check online availability over the telephone as they are assisting in-studio guest.
If you are booking for a field trip, full studio rental, or corporate event, you may contact our bookings team at bookings@slimygoodtime.com. They are available Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.
No. Unfortunately our studio is for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 5 will be unable to participate in slime crafting, purchasing of any slime materials, play of slime charms, and will be seated at a separate table during party bookings. Deposits will not be refunded and your booking will be canceled if this age requirement is not met. Our staff does not negotiate our age requirement in studio nor over the telephone.
Please refrain from requesting leniency of our age requirement from our staff.
Our crafting process requires participants who can craft quickly and independently. Participants must have the ability to make decisions regarding color, texture, add-ons in a reasonable time frame, receive and understand instruction, and sit for up to 45 minutes uninterrupted.
Additionally, many of our items appear and smell edible. Participants must be able to independently identify that parts shall not be consumed by mouth, touch against the face, rubbed into the eyes, or placed within other areas of the body.
To sign our online waiver, please select "SIGN OUR WAIVER" from the drop down menu on our home page. You will be redirected to our waiver form. Select the name of the party host for whom party your child will attend and complete the waiver for your child. If you have multiple children that will attend, you will need to complete a waiver for each by selecting "Add participant" at the bottom of your waiver. If your child's date of birth does not reach 5 years old, you will be unable to sign a waiver for this child as they are unable to participate in slime crafting within our studio
For walk-ins, no food items are allowed during your visit. A small beverage in a closed container is permitted.
For 30 minute Slime Session for 1-6 guest, no food items are allowed during your visit. A small beverage in a closed container is permitted.
For Mega Slime, no food items are allowed during your visit. A small beverage in a closed container is permitted.
For Party Bookings under SPLAT, SMUSH, or OOZE, Adult Party guest may bring cake, cupcakes, dessert items, and prepackaged drinks such as juice pouches, caned soda, or water bottles. No other food items will be allowed.
*Please note: Fruits, chips, meats and cheeses does not meet our requirement of a dessert items and are also not permitted.
For Full Studio Party, guest may bring food items of their choice. We do not provide stove, refrigeration, electrical plugs, or coolers.
Sorry, cakes/cupcakes and other food items are not permitted during your 30 minute slime session, Mega Slimes or walk-in services.
To celebrate a special birthday or have an event with us, please book under one of our party packages.
You may arrive 15 minutes before your event to begin sit up. This time can not be extended as there is typically only 30 minutes between each event. 15 minutes of which is designated to our staff for clean up, staff break time, and to set up for the next event.
Please refrain from asking for more set-up time. Because all of our service are timed, this is the time allotted to host each event with the most success. We can not honor request for more set-up time.
Guest who have a party booked are allowed to bring and decorate their party space for 15 minutes before their event. Our staff can help you with set up and tear down.
Decorations on the Main Floor is limited to areas that does not impede traffic or other patrons.
All decorations are required to be removed and taken by you at the end of your event. Guest who do not remove decorations at the end of their event (including balloons) will be charged a $50 clean up fee.

Guest who are not booked under a birthday party booking are unable to bring decoration.
You may independently hire additional entertainment not provided by our studio such as balloon artist, storyteller, face painter, magician, etc. Additional entertainment will have 30 minutes during the eating portion of your event to perform.
Your event time can not be extended to make time for additional entertainment.
No wildlife, fire or water events permitted.

The best FREE parking for you and your guest is located directly behind our studio in the North Parking Garage. You can reach this parking garage by entering Townsquare off of Sunset Rd, making a left-hand turn onto North Drive and right into the North Parking Garage.
There is unassigned "pay-to-park" street parking located directly in front of our studio. Pay-to-park is a parking system managed by Townsquare. We are not associated with the parking meters ran by Townsquare. We do not validate parking.
Our party room is divided from the main floor by glass doors. This separates the room from walk-in patrons and other guest inside our studio. * Patrons outside of the party room, may at times briefly walk through the party room for access to restrooms*
The main floor, is located centrally where walk-in patrons will also have access to this space.
Per our rental lease, no food trucks are allowed to park at Townsquare.
Partyware such as deposable plates, napkins, utensils and cups are not included with your party package booking.
Partyware can be purchased inside our studio. Please ask a sale associate for details.
It is best to wear clothing that is okay to get messy.
Slime may or may not come out of clothing material upon wash.
It is best to have long hair pulled back out of the face and into a ponytail or braid.
It is best to remove hand and arm jewery prior to crafting.
You will not need to bring any crafting materials with you.
We provide all crafting materials.
Personal slime items/ products will not be permitted.
Clean slime out of clothing or carpet can be tricky. We find it best to use vinegar and water. Mix one part warm water with two parts vinegar. Spray onto the stain, and use a soft brush to work slime loose. Use a dry paper towel to dab at the stain. Success may vary.
It is best to play with slime on a clean hard surface after washing your hands using fast hand motions.
It is best to store your slime in a cool environment.
If slime becomes too sticky, it may require reactivation. If you have also purchased our SLIMYGOODTIME activator, add one spray at a time to reactivate your slime. If slime becomes too hard, add a small amount of lotion to your slime.
If you find that your slime is always sticky or hard, it may be time for a new slime. If your slime begins to smell or turn color, throw it away.
SGT is not responsible for your slime product once it leaves our studio. It is the duty of parents to monitor their child with their slime during slime play. Please note: That Slimygoodtime will not provide a remedy to slime incidents that occur outside our studio. And remember all slimes are not created equally :-) Different crafting sessions, play, or environments will cause variations in slime product
All of our slime is hand-crafted. This means that no preservatives are added during the crafting process. However, most slimes last for about 2 weeks depending on individual skill level.
To get longevity out of your slime, follow these simple guidelines when handling your slime:
Using small amounts of SGT activator or lotion can also improve your slime's lifetime.
While we have not found any specific studies that highlight this topic, it is said that slime is good sensory play for children and adults with development disabilities particularly motor skill disabilities. Slime is a hands-on tool that provides tactile stimulation, supports poor muscle tone, and can create a calming effect in children with autism or ADHD.

A $10 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required for "slime session reservations" that goes towards the cost of your in studio purchase. It can not be transferred to a different date or time.
A 50% deposit is required for all party services booked. Deposits are refundable up to 15 days before your scheduled event, unless cancelled by our studio. Changes to party bookings must be made at least 15 days before your event. Parties booked less than 15 days before their scheduled event date forfeits their ability to receive a refund of their deposit amount or make any changes to their event at the time of booking. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation request is placed less than 15 days before your event. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Cancellation request MUST be made via email at bookings@slimygoodtime.com.
A refund will not be provide for slime crafted in our studio after a crafting session.
All slime and add-ins purchased are final sale. Due to slime being product which degrades over time and sanitary reasons. Slime can not be returned. Even if it is unopened.
SGT is not responsible for your slime product once it leaves our studio. It is the duty of parents to monitor their child with their slime during slime play at all times. Please note: Slimygoodtime will not provide a remedy to slime incidents that occur outside our studio.
